Hello, my name is Jim and new to the forum since January. Over the last couple years I have read lots of info from this forum and another. I have a 1970 f250 sc cs. I have had the truck about 20 years but it had been parked until last year when I finally put it on the road. This hasn't been a restoration, I've just been replacing and rebuilding parts.
Replaced the ruined original 360 with Short block 390 standard bore, machined the heads. That was 20 years ago then it sat. About 5 years ago I put in new auxiliary tank, sending unit, and filler neck hose. Year and a half ago I switched to aluminum intake and 4bbl holley. Registered it for the first time a year ago and since then fixing a little at a time.
Over the past year i have replaced MC, vacuum lines, front calipers, radius arm bushings, shocks, dimmer switch, door weather stripping, brake booster, power steering hoses, and tires. I don't think I have forgotten anything. I still have a few parts to replace before getting another batch. Post a pics next.
