Thanks Mate!  Coming from "down under" - that's a really nice compliment.  You folks do a mighty fine job with your old cars too!!

When I saw the pictures of your truck, I really didn't like you. Now that I've seen the pictures of your fastback ,I really really don't like you. That car is off the hook. You make some of us "Blue Oval" freaks "green" with envy.

Great looking truck and beautiful Mustang. Congrats on having both of those vehicles in your garage.

HA HA - sorry WT - -  - - - I've always had BLUE BLOOD!!  Only thing left to show is a 39 Buick - and have it only because it is completely original and has only 39,000 miles on it - ]wish it were a 39 Ford!!  If this were a FORD - you wouldn't see all those oil stains on the rug beneath it!!  Car under cover in foreground is an 04 Corvette - got rid of it!!

I saw the truck... and thought, WOW, that is a nice truck.
Saw the mustang taillights, was going to ask for picture but then saw someone beat me to it. Figured it was a coupe, then saw the pictures...

You sir are a lucky man. My top 2 favorite models of car/trucks both restored under the same roof

Those are 2 great looking Fords.
As to what wheels for the truck. That truck will look
good with ANY wheels you choose, so just take your pick.
Thanks for posting.
Would you give us some history of both?

Got the new whitewalls and wire wheelcovers put on late yesterday.  Will post a pic later today.  I think I finally got the look I wanted.
As far as the history on the Mustang and the 52 F1, there's really not too much to tell.  The F1 I got about 25 years ago from an old couple in south Georgia - original owners -  and restored it because I like those old trucks.  The Mach I I've had only about 2 years restored.  I graduated high school in 69 and that was my dream car then - just took me 40 years to get one.  Even if I do say so myself, it is an incredible restoration of an awesome car!   Feels good to have all of you compliment me on them.  THANKS

I think it looks great.  It does give the truck the "gentleman" pickup look.  My dad had a 77 LTD with those exact same wire wheelcovers and I can recall cleaning/polishing them for him.  Great job!

Thanks all.  These are 74 Torino/LTD covers.  Found them at a Ford dealership in Auburn, Indiana.

That looks great. I love those tires and wheel covers. I love the old school "gentleman farmer" look as well.
