Search feature permanently broken?

Post by basketcase0302 »

I've gotten the following prompt for over a year now when I try to search for an old thread here:

Sorry but you cannot use search at this time. Please try again in 24 seconds.

The search feature was always a very useful tool used to help other folks here.
Any ideas on when it might begin working again guys?

I gave up on the forum search a long time ago, Jeff. I've been using Google search ever since and have been able to narrow down searches quite a bit. See here for some handy tips and tricks. http://www.fordification.com/forum/view ... hp?t=78857

It's always done that to me. Except I'm not usually lucky enough to get away with just 24 seconds :o

Too much time Randy. :(
When you get my age time is a little more valuable, (than to have two or three google search windows open) to show or help a fellow Ford lover how most of us have accomplished something. Navigating the search feature here has forever changed the site, (by not being able to access the information in a timely manner).
Thank you anyway...
Good luck guys!
