Thats really cool. I actually wouldn't mind adding one of these specimens to my collection. We actually have quite a few sitting around here in the central coast. Many just sitting for years. I do see a few running around town. Would love to see some more pics cab/ coach. 8)

Hdpusher, thanks for the photo. That looks like a really special truck; I love the factory buckets. I'd also enjoy seeing photos of its interior.

I'm in the process of pulling one of these apart to make a stake bed truck. Mine's a '71 Open Road motorhome. We got a good few year's of use out of her, but the camper box needs too much work so it's going to be "repurposed".
Very cool looking bump

Great base for a truck - huge chassis, brakes, and suspension components, Dana 70 with dual wheels, and a nice long wheelbase. Does yours have the walk through cab?

They use a magnetic pickup on the driveshaft for a speed reference and a vacuum can to pull the throttle as needed. I have a stand alone setup off a 80's Ranger that I want to hook up on mine.

It has a C4 Trans. I do have future plans for the drive train..... I have a line on a junk 4x4 dually. My plan is to buy it and swap the C-6, transfer case, and front rear over making it a 4x4 motorhome. 8)
