Mine needs all the same stuff. I did the pass side floor and mount about 2 years ago with a friend. He's been too busy, and I don't have the tools or skills. I may have to pay somebody to do it for me this winter once I have the $$$. Looks good. Must be nice to work with the cab off the truck. Keep the pics coming!

Been able to get some work done after work--Mon-Wed. were dedicated to a winter home to keep it dry and out of the elements
Image
I gotta have my shop for other things--first off--Deer season and then plow season.
So tonight I got to work on the truck itself--got one of the cab corners done and had to redo my Filler(gas)hole patch
Image
Image
I also managed to get a coat of bondo on

That is coming along great.  This thread is very helpful to me.

What size welding wire are you using?

Thanks

:? Tim I gotta say I'm not sure what your callin a kick panel---the sheet metal above the floorpans(in front of door)on both sides. If so they weren't that bad to
do---a little cuttin to fit them(Xtra sheet metal/not replacment pc.s)and I "butt" welded them in---had to do them before I could do the floorpan rail repair
