The fronts are 20x8.5. Backspacing is 5.5. Wish I would've went a little more. At the ride heigt is was in the yard pic, the tires hit the flat part of the fender when turned. I have a couple of things I'm gonna do to help but threw stock springs back in it for now. I should be able to roll the lip a little and drop it back down where the top of the tire is even w the fender and be good. I'm also gonna put a little extra neg camber in it when I have it aligned. I might bag the front w shockwaves later so I can have it both ways. :)

Truck looks bad ass man!!!

You have got to get some better photos though

From the pics it looks like it's done and on the road? Is this thing roaming around the streets breaking hearts yet?

Sorry, photobucket issues, I meant to upload some more earlier. I threw it together enough to take it to the fordification show over the weekend (about 200 miles away). It did great until the fuel pump pooped out on the way home. Had to call in reinforcements to come rescue us. So i have that to deal with, as well as getting the tailgate and bumper on it.

Thanks. Still working the kinks out of it, but I've been driving it quite a bit. Pinion seal sprung a leak, so I've gotta take care of that. I hauled some BBQ supplies in it on the 4th :) Once I get the bumper on the back, my next big project is getting the A/C up and going.

looks great , I talked with airlift at the ford nationals think they might be better to go with than ride tech.

I've been watching the thread in the suspension section with the black dent, looks like he's pretty close. Interested to see an update.

Man you've done a really great job with your truck, I love it.

I could not find info in your thread about what you did for the gas cap in the bed and connection to the mustang tank. I have the mustang tank installed in my frame, but haven't quite decided how I want to setup the filler neck and cap / fuel door in the bed. I'd like to see how you went about it.

Thanks!

I just used a "billet" fuel door for a super duty, cut a piece of steel a little bigger and flushed it into the bed floor. The filler is just a short part of the original cab filler tube.

You can see it pretty well in my last post all finished.

Thanks for posting the info on the fuel filler door....I will definitely be approaching it the same way.

How are you liking the 4.6 3v?
I used to have an 05 mustang gt with the 3v and ran a street tune from Bama and it was wicked fast.
I'm looking at doing almost the exact same build as yours but I'll be running a 9" out back from a 80-83, and might run a 4r70w or a 5r55 automatic (bad knees).
What model is your Bendpak lift? Any issues with it?
Also could you post a pic with the fuel filler door open?
I may have missed it what are you using to control the engine?
If it's not broke, MOD IT!
