Every time I have dropped off something with the sand blaster, I always wonder what I will end up with when I return. Sand blasting will uncover sometimes big surprises of past body work or rust that you thought was not that bad. But in your case, you do have a good cab with just a little rust in one of the cab mounts. The Eastwood product that you are using is pretty good, I've used it too and liked it.

Call me a pessimist, or as I look at myself a realist, but I always figure a turn south on my project is just around the corner, and when I evade a big issue I can be pleasantly surprised!

Wow you've done some really nice work on your truck here! I think I too will be getting the 44 disk axle for my truck when I get the highboy frame ready. Gotta start being on the look out for one! When I get to that point I'll use you're thread for reference! Thanks for keeping us updated and keep up the good work!

A little update...I got the cab mount rust spots removed and welded in a patch for them. I also discovered a couple of pin holes in the floor boards by the dimmer switch, but a little 6x6 patch has rectified that. Got some Eastwoods rust encapsilator over the interior floorboards. Should be able to post some pics this weekend.
