Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) database updated

Off and on today while playing Mr. Mom with my kids, I got thirty-seven additional 1970 Service Bulletin articles added to the TSB Database, with any accompanying graphics and/or diagrams. This finished up Service Bulletins #132 and #133, which are now completely entered into the database, and brings the total of 1970 articles entered to 121.

On a side note, I noticed today that my Internet Explorer v6 wasn't properly showing the database entries, and upon doing some research I discovered that it's a problem just with IE6...v7 and 8 work just fine. If you've got IE6 and have been having problems viewing the TSB Database, you really should upgrade to either version 7 or 8....like I really need to do!  

I'm guessing this also applies to problems some folks have been reporting with viewing the Photo Galleries with IE. I'll bet that simply updating your IE to a newer version will solve that problem as well.

Posted an additional twenty-two 1970 Service Bulletin articles to the TSB Database. This finishes up Service Bulletin #134 and brings the total of 1970 articles entered to 143.

The following 1968 TSBs have been entered into the database for an addition of twenty-six articles, along with all accompanying diagrams and illustrations:

Posted nineteen new articles for TSB #135, dated March 13, 1970. This TSB is now complete.

Articles 9 thru 20 of TSB #1 - September 15, 1971 posted. This TSB is now completed.

I also spent a great portion of the day doing some enhancements and reorganizing of the TSB layout, for better layout/design.

I got all 18 articles from Bulletin No. 146 - August 7, 1970 posted. That TSB is now completed.

Entered the following TSBs into the database:

• Bulletin No. 165 - May 14 - 1971 - (22 articles)
• Bulletin No. 170 - July 16, 1971 - (7 articles)
• Bulletin No. 10 - January 28, 1972 - (10 articles)

I also got the first 8 articles of Bulletin No. 138 - April 24, 1970 posted.

That makes FORTY-SEVEN articles posted today!  

I also did some tweaking to the Search feature for better performance. Too many searches were coming up with an error message stating that the search parameters contained words that were too common and were therefore ignored, which kind of defeated the whole purpose. By switching to a new style of search, it now appears to be faster and common search words won't trigger that error message. I'll keep my eye on things though, and would appreciate someone letting me know if they have other search-related problems.
