emergency brake equlizer bar were the wire coming back from the cab goes and the two from the rear are bade into one so that the e brake pulls the brakes tegether
I don't really care about brands Chevy Ford Dodge ...as long as it doesn't sound like two old dudes farting in a coffee can.

But not every bump has one! My 68 does but my 72 with the aux tank and my Hi-boy do not.

I guessed E-brake stuff when I saw it, but didn't know the exact name.  It was spoiled for me though.  I got here after it was answered, so my answer is too late.  Good one Ryan.  More!!!!

It is the arm that the e brake line goes in the split into the two sperate lines.
