Carburetor

Hello Happy New Year. I found a picture of a beautiful 240 engine which I would love to have in my 1971 F100. I found the Offenhauser Dual Port  Intake manifold, Hooker Super Competition Headers, but don't know what model Holley Carburetor to get. I've attached a picture of the set up. Any recommendations you can make would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Depending on what cam & engine compression the engine has, I would think a Holley Model 4160 in a 390 or 450 cfm. :)
