If the valve stem is not square on top, the rocker arm will lean over. The pushrod will follow it.

Look for something obvious first. is the srping broken? can you take a flashlight and see if the pushrod is simply bent?

What engine (FE right?) and is the camshaft and remainder of the valve train stock? How about the intake?

Not nearly enough information...

Is the manifold new?

Is the camshaft stock?

Is the valve train (lifters, pushrods, rockers, springs valves....) stock.

Anything done to the engine recently? Heads surfaced, valves done....

Roll the offending pushrod on a flat surface to see if it is straight.

I had a Streetmaster intake with a similar issue. Just clearance the intake with a dremel and call it a day.

Well did that fix the problem. I'm having the same issue , stock heads aftermarket intake, also did you pull the intake off to clearance it?
