351M to np435 bell housing

I currently have a 70 f100 4x4 with a four speed np435 with a blown 360 engine. I am looking at a rebuilt 351M engine but not sure if it will bolt up to the existing bell housing. Any help/advice on this type of swap would be appreciated.

sorry but it will not 351m 351c 400 429 460 are same

351c doesn't belong in that list.

I have a 351m/400 bellhousing for an NP435. I bought it to do a swap to 4spd on a 460...ended up selling truck, so now i have the bellhousing here collecting dust. I paid $75+shipping, so thats what I want for it. let me know.

Thanks for the info on the used bellhousing lance but I the guy with the 351M never got back to me so I found a 68 F100 that the owner allowed me to part out c/w running 390 so I will not require the bell housing.
