Fuel line from pump to carb question

Post by jimilivz »

Wanting to replace the rubber hose the previous owner installed from the fuel pump to the factory Autolite 2100 on my 68 F250 390. Is there any supplier for the pre bent steel line that would be recommended?

just did a lookup for 1968 the only thing that showed up was a choke tube setup. Does anyone on this site know if the fuel line from pump to carburetor is the same for both years. 68,69

Should be, and for 20 bucks I wouldn't be too annoyed if the line was short. When I rebuilt my old motor I used an Edelbrock braided stainless line with their inline filter, and banjo elbow thing. There are other options out there that look better than rubber, but are easier to modify than pre-bent steel.
