Vacuum lines - 1970 302

Post by rbmgf7 »

I picked up a running project that had everything half started/finished. Haven't driven it yet but it does idle well. Vacuum lines are running every which way so I have no idea what goes where. I've also upgraded from manual to power brakes so wondering where I can pick up a line to power the booster.

I've found the diagram but it's extremely vague. Any more detailed pictures or diagrams out there to help me properly route the vacuum lines?

Not including the PCV line, my 302, without power brakes, only has one vacuum line, from the vacuum advance on the distributor to the multiport vacuum manifold on the intake behind the carburetor. The manifold has a large port that looks like it would accommodate a brake booster line.

There is a picture in this thread.
