90s fuel injected 351w thoughts

I've been asking a bunch of questions on here about 351 Windsor or 351 Cleveland or 351m. I finally found a 90s 351 Windsor fuel injected. So my question is it's got a automatic flywheel on it what should I be looking for if I want to put a manual transmission what kind of flywheel do I need. And can I use the Ford fuel injection as a stand-alone do I need to find the engine computer for a manual transmission. Thoughts greatly appreciated. By the way this is going in a Jeep Cherokee Grand Wagoneer size 83 last year of the big ones. My dad's old truck a 71 F250 it's got a 390 in it I want my Jeep to have a Ford engine Ergo the 351 Windsor. And if I find a Triumph TR6 I want to put a 302 in that.

It depends on what year in the 90'2 the 351W came from. 95-96' will have a Hyd. roller cam valve train. The trans then would be an E4OD. Earlier models would more than likely be a AOD or AODE. Either way, remove the flexplate and get the according flywheel that matches your bellhousing. 164 or 157 tooth. I believe the ECM for any of the fuel injected engines will work without the according DCM to manage the transmission. For what it is worth. A great swap for a bumpside is a complete engine and trans conversion. Fuel injection, overdrive, fuel economy, increased hp/tq and longevity.
