Comet, thanks for those tanks. I haven't done a thing with them... yet. I was starting on the PS swap and then I got my permits to build my stairs. Priorities. You know that song and dance. I was wondering how you guys can just go out in the woods and cut down a tree. Is there a permit required?

Great story Comet!!! I miss the days when we lived in Wenatchee and we would run up in the cascades to 4 wheel with my dad in our 1970 highboy.

Seeing those pics renews my fire to make my truck a 4WD...and to make it to at least one of the Meet and Greets. :oops:

It was a long enough day. Plus you have to buy the permit first. And it's only $10.
I was talking to the ranger and he said there are plans to take out all the roads and build hiking trails! :(
We have plenty of hiking trails here. But not very many places like this to drive up and get a tree.
