I saw that show don't rememberany rides though. in the movie "tank" they were used to pursue James Garner in a sherman tank. I think several were destroyed midway through.

This memory just hit me this morning as I was waking up. About ten or twelve years ago a friend recorded some videos off the old Nashville Network and there was a very nice 68 or 9 shortbox in one. Seems to me it was harbor blue and white. It was a real sweet Charlie Daniels song called 'Little Folks'.

Been years since I've seen the Dukes. All I remember Cooter driving was that tow truck. Did they ever show him driving that shortbox?

Cooter drove a couple different trucks on the show.

He drove a couple different of fords and a couple of chevys in the show.

I know uncle Jessie drove a white ford as well.

In the barn scenes in the Patrick Swayzee movie Roadhouse there's a light green '71 or '72 Ford half-ton pickup. The video for Chely Wright's song The River features a red or orange short bed '67 to'72 Ford half-ton. In part of the video she sings while sitting in the bed of the truck.
Never mistake motion for action.

Did anyone notice that the 'official' tow vehicle for the new 'Herbie the love bug' is a '71 or '72 F-250?
