You will need 2 of these to connect your SAE brake lines to the metric hoses

I can not say for sure on the column. I have a '78/'79 tilt column in my truck that was there when i bought it. The current PS pump will work but stopped in gear (assuming you have an auto) the rpm level will be a bit low. Once you come off idle it will work just fine. Swapping out the PS pulley for a smaller diameter pulley may prove beneficial. I am in the middle of a 460 swap & with it I am putting in a Saginaw pump. It has a smaller pulley & I am hoping a bit more pressure at lower rpms than the pump I pulled out.
You will need some form of bridge in the PS pressure line. You need to keep the portion that goes into the rack but I have read a line from a Focus will work as well. I have also read that brake hoses from a '90's F100 will work with the calipers & you will not need the adapters as they are SAE on top. I can not verify that. I used the adapters. If you have not read it yet I can give you a couple threads to look at.
