1966 f100 240 cid power steering conversion

Post by zwilly »

I followed the recommendations and pulled parts from a donor 71 F100 (302) for my conversion on my 66'. Has anyone fabricated ( or purchased) a bracket that I can attach the 71' power steering pump assembly to my 6 cyl. block? I've seen some photos but the details do not show on the attachment points on the block. Also, once mounted I have seen photos where the v-belt goes just to the crankshaft pulley and others where the v-belt also goes over the water pump pulley. Which is correct so I can purchase the correct pulley's. Appreciate the great comments on this forum.

Why not just get the pump and brackets off a 300?
