Is this A typical 1967 F100 steering gearbox? I’m doing a restoration of this old truck Should I replace it rebuuld

It depends on ones mechanical ability. Parts for it might be a challenge to locate.
1967 F-100 4x4 custom cab.
Another 67 F-100 4x4 custom cab.
2016 F-150 Eco-Boost 2.7 liter. (It will smoke the tires!)
1972 F-350 Sport Custom cab & chassis.
1972 F-250 Explorer Special, Camper Special.
1971 F-100 custom. 302, C-4, p.s. p.b. factory 65 amp alternator with transistorized voltage regulator.

Would just get a rebuilt one and be done with it. :2cents:

I have a doner truck that may have a power steering setup in it if so I will most likely use it

I have a perfect manual steering gear that I removed from my 25,000 mile 69 to install PS. My Dad bought this truck new and I've owned it for 42 years so this is not some worn out junkyard part. Let me know if you're interested. Has the pitman arm already installed.
