An f250 4x4 from 67-77.5 with a divorced transfercase and 4in blocks in the rear with the 2.25 in wide rear springs. Highboy is a slang that got picked up to describe them and stuck, in 77.5 the f250 4x4 was nicknamed a lowboy because it was lower than the earlier 4x4's. The lowboys had intregal PS a few frame changes, widening in the rear and some new curves up front, along with a married transfercase. lowboys have 3in blocks and 3in wide springs in the rear. Both share the 3in wide springs up front but the lowboys springs are pretty flat where as the highboys have more arch to them, axles can be swapped between the 2 variations because all the mounting provisions are the same except for one shock mounting if I remember correctly from my front HP D60 swap.
