Are they just plug and play? How many are needed for our dash?

Those look amazing. Did those just go right in or did they need an adapter or something? How many are needed?

Plug-n-play - standard 1895 socket (round base). I don't remember how many bulbs I needed. You can check the schematics and figure it out.

On my stock dash lights, the lights brighten and dim depending on my acceleration. Have you experienced that with these LEDs?

It's been a while since I've driven the truck at night. I didn't notice it then. Maybe someone else will have a more definitive answer.

I bought these ones. Four bulbs will replace the bezel lights and the turn signal lights. You would need a fifth if you want to replace the high beam indicator (I didn't want to buy another four just to replace that one). In my truck these dim as well. They are plug and play...a REALLY easy upgrade.

Mr Gray , I just want to make sure before I order.

My truck is a 1972 Ranger XLT , is this the correct bulb for my instrument cluster?

Thank you.

Dash lights no. Tail lights... maybe. If you have an "electronic" flasher, you'll be fine, if you have the old "load" type flasher, they will not flash, They will come on and stay lit.

HiPo Parts (http://www.hipoparts.com/1961-79-ford-t ... sion-kits/) offers an original "coke bottle" green. We've used the HiPo Parts and Mustang Project on vehicles on the show and both are decent. I personally really like the original look.

Anyone know if they sell a version that would fit in a 1969 f100?

Awesome, thanks for the link. Just bought the $20 Factory Color set for my Bump. At least 1/3 of my dash lights are out, so this was needed anyway.

TimD, check the link to HiPo Parts in Autorestomod's post, they have filters to make sure you get the right parts. Good luck!
