whats my paint color

just curious in my signiture i have my 67 ford. i've looked up and down in the paint chip page and i cant find anything that looks close to that. any ideas???? i'm talking about the brown

Is it a red clay mud colored brown? Like an orange brown? I'm looking from a cell but it looks like the same as my truck. Called cordova.

Have you tried decoding your VIN for color code?

I have tried the vin tag but I've ran into an issue .... My tag isn't stamped with a color code

I'm in the same boat as you, with a green over white truck. There's no paint color listed on my VIN tag either. My paint is factory, and it doesn't match the stock colors for the year of '68.

There must have been some custom colors available for special order from Ford.

My 67' F100 Ranger also does not have a paint code.  I'm the third owner and according to the second owner who only had the truck a short time, the original owner special ordered his color.  The story is that he bought a 67' mustang for his wife at the same time and wanted the truck the same color.  My truck is the mustang Lime Gold color, not an option for 67' trucks.  It is all original, so I know it hasn't been repainted over the years.  That could be the case for your truck also.  Just go look at all car and truck color options that ford offered in 67', chances are you will fine it as a car color.

My 72 F250 Sport Custom's original paint looks like the picture on the left.  (its been repainted but there's almost always unpainted areas)

I have a paint code of MR which is Wimbledon White and Sequoia  Brown Metallic
