Styleside Bed to Frame Bolt Kit

Post by Aerocoupe »

I need a complete bolt, washer, spacer, isolator, and nut kit to put my bed back on the frame. The hardware that previously held it on the frame are toast. I have found the cab and radiator kits but not a complete bed kit so any help would be appreciated.

Here's the hardware but doesn't include pads http://dennis-carpenter.com/bed-to-fram ... 84865-KIT/ This is for an older model but will probably work just fine http://www.macsautoparts.com/ford_truck ... 97717.html

Try totallystainless.com

Not cheap but worth it, IMO. I bought the body kit and will buy the bed and rear suspension kit when I get to rebuilding that part of the truck.
Bumps start at page 66 of the current catalog.

I ordered the bed and body kit from Totally Stainless. Great group of people and I think it will be pretty sharp with all the stainless. Thanks again for the replies and the help on this.

Cool. Post pics when you get them. I'm looking to working on the back end/rear suspension part of the truck this summer and get everything rebuilt and I'll likely do the bed too.

I went ahead and ordered Prothane's 6110 cab and radiator support bushings. I called Carolina Classics and ordered the bed to frame isolators which are not just washers according to Ricky. Part number there is C4TZ-8144155-S and they are $8 for the set and the shipping was $10...that sucked but at least I know everything should be good to go now. Only thing I have to figure out is how long the spacers are for the bed to frame bolts. I saw them here in LMC's catalog on but they do not offer them. They are in the bottom right:

Does any body know the dimensions on them? I was thinking about just getting some stainless steel tube of the correct OD/ID and just cutting to length.
