EggMan do you still have that 18 tooth speedo gear? i know its been a long time but here's to hoping!

All I have is a bad one with 20 teeth I was hoping that the 24's shaft could be modified to accept a newer ford speedo gear but the D-24 gears are larger DIA than the ones that fit the NP-205, I also compared them to one from a D-20 as they are still available but that was also a dead end.

Thanks i appreciate the reply. I'm looking high and low. If the driven gear is changed, you don't have to change the drive gear int he transfer case right? I'm trying to go from 19 teeth to 18.
