my dad mentioned the dryer thing but wont let me do it.
Hey, kid, your dad has to get his priorities straight. I'm sure there's a coin operated laundry place within driving distance and your mom can just head down there when needed. Also, tell her you're getting rid of the dryer now that she won't be using it as you need a nice place to store your parts. Come to think of it, that now useless washer will be great for cleaning those greasy parts. You just have to keep at it until you get he parental units in line.

jor, obviously you have never met my wife. Not that she isn't very tolerant of Ryan's truck collection and the shoddy condition of the garage but there are limits to what we can get away with.

im going to get mom a solar powered dryer that runs on pure sunlight and air for christmas and throw out her old electric one. ill call it the "string" and place it in the backyard. i think a compressor would fit nicely in the spot of the old dryer.

anyone know if that compressor linked above can spray pretty good paint?

Please Please don't mess with a woman and her laundry.

I'm doing my own after 12 years of having my wife do it. I messed up a beautiful thing by opening my BIG  mouth.

Wish I'd never gone there

:bdh: And my wife won't let me leave my clothes in the dryer and pull them out as I need them. I've been wearing shirts I haven't worn since college cause everything else seems to be dirty.

Thanks 72, I think the best idea is if he just invests in some nice hand tools and does it the old fashioned way. I will stock up on band aids for all the busted knuckles he will have. I hate to think what stuff he will find to take apart if he gets air tools. Ryan needs to get it through his thick skull that just because his dirty clothes magically show up clean again doesn't mean some laundry fairy comes and does all the work. That laundry fairy is his mom who is also working two jobs right now.

The unit i linked would let 2-3 ppl work at the same time and not over work it.

Hey man did you get a compresser yet?

Do you have a sears store near you?

If soo they have a good one.

Its 289$ but it can run up to 150 psi its a 33 gal and it says something of you buy now you get a 10 pc air tool set with it.

Norm price is 349

We have that one but its a 50 gal. I have painted with it and used all kinds of tools with it. It works great

Any ways might take a look

Ya better look into the air consumption of yourr tools and look at the cfm of the unit. Just my :2cents: i dont think it will be big enough. I know the way i spray i would work it to death. The da sander would work it even harder let alone a air file for working bondo. But like i say this is just :2cents:
