sending pictures

Can anyone tell me how to send a upload a picture to the forums?

I use photobucket.com its really easy all you have to do is upload it to there site. Then after its all uploaded move your mouse over the picture and a small screen will pop down below it and then you click on [img...img] section which is usually the bottom one copy it and paste it into your post.
