Listened to your motor and it sounds like sticking / dirty / gummed up lifters. The marvel mystery oil you've recently added should clean your lifters up in time.
The reason you're bending push rods has more to do with your slack, worn out, timing chain. The sticking lifters aren't helping though.

Ok so before changing pushrods out I should swap the timing set?

Anyway I just went on ahead and ordered a timing set from summit I have 3 motors worth of push rods laying around so ill swap the bent one out after I do the timing set.

No I went with summit's own brand timing set for stock applications. It's an all steel strut roller set (no plastic parts) I'll go a head and get the Coyles when I rebuild the 390 I have.
