That's a beautiful truck man. Might have to hook up with you when i come back home to Kankakee, I'm living out in the Seattle area right now. When i was living in Kankakee i didn't see no Bumps, guess the salt they put down on the roads ate them all up. Good thing about Seattle is not much snow and when it does snow they use sand not salt.

AIM drop beams, DJM tie rod relocators and 2" AIM drop coils and a AIM rear flip kit. That made it a 5-6 drop.

I'm 6' 4". I haven't measured any of the ground clearance or how it sits with the 20's on it.

I measured from the bottom of the front bumper to the ground and it is 12 1/2" and the center of the rear wheel well to the ground is 26 1/2".  My tire size is 255/35/20 in front and 265/50/20 in back. It tucks all the rear tire in the wheel house. No c notch and it doesn't bottom out on the frame in the rear.  I put around 500lbs (393 short block and 3" exhaust kit for my crew) in the bed when I was moving and it didn't bottom out bouncing down the side streets on the way to the new house.

Thank you.  There would have been more of the frame off restoration on this thread but I didn't have a digital camera back then and Walmart lost two rolls of film from when I came back from the dipper and so on.  This crew I'm building will be better documented.

I made 2 of the brackets that bolt to the case and modified the other bracket that screws into the case by the blower motor. I did it this way so I could mount the unit up high as possible in the dash. Now I need to figure out where to mount my AC bulkhead on the firewall. I'm also going to try and use the holes in the firewall where the stock heater hose go through to mount the new heater lines to maintain a stock look under the hood.

I stole Ranchero50 super idea of swapping in a sunpro voltmeter into the factory gauge cluster and gauge face.

I like the AC info. I am also wanting a complete behind the dash install. I am hoping the '57 Fairlane dash I am putting in will be a bit lower on the pass side (the truck dash kicks up just right of the column) hiding even more of the unit when in the truck. Any & all info you can post on your AC install would be great. I like the LEDs also. How far back did those lights set you?

I paid 200 each for the headlights. I bought them through my buddy at the Harley shop.  They usually range from 240-270 each.
