For POR-15, I wouldn't use an expensive gun. I bought a Harbor Freight gravity feed gun for $14.99 and it's done just fine. POR-15 will trash just about any pot unless you scrub it spotless with thinner immediately after use. Let it dry and it WON'T come off. I'm going to get a "good" gun when I get ready for primer and a "great" gun when I get ready for paint. But until then, I'll buy cheap one's for the rust proofing and chassis painting. Spraying POR-15 definitely gives a smoother finish and goes a lot further than brushing.

How come when your wife or kid's Japanese cars break down, it's always the beat up ol' Ford truck that comes to pick 'em up?
