Back in the saddle

Post by iamthewreckingcrew »

Well, I'm not new, but I've been gone awhile. Reasons are many, but I've been working on my 68 and actually driving it recently. It feels good.

I did the disc brake upgrade last fall and it went pretty smooth. I wish I had done it sooner. My Chevy buddy even helped me put it back together. I paid him back by welding in motor mounts to his 86 Cutlass so we could drop in a 455 Buick.

Now my summer goal is to get the 460 into my 68. I'm sure I'll need some advice to help with that project.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm working on pictures. I thought I had some on here before, but they might be long gone. I took some pictures of my front end/disc brake swap that I need to get online sometime.
