Ok, I had so many errands to run I didn't get to the measuring. And after work tomorrow I have our 4x4 club meeting. Sooo, I've made a note on my "To Do" list and will get to it by the weekend by the latest.

Well, I finally got around to measuring my hi boy frame. Because of the way my exhaust is routed, it was hard to find a spot to measure. I would like to have gotten more samples, but it is what it is. I measured .225. I was not able to get it perfectly clean, so .20 is probably what it really is. Which is what Keith found on the the f250 2wd. .025 is 1/40th of an inch.
