hd 44 brakes

hey all new to the site and have a ? youve all al ready helped me with some other things i found on here. any way i have a 71 highboy that im bring back from the dead. just picked up a hd 44 to replace the standard 44 that was shattered, hd brakes are bad standard are good can i swap cylanders from one to the other?

If they are the same bore diameter, you can swap them.

hd ones have a flared fitting for the brake line. the standard does not have a flare fitting uses a brass washer
