Also, does anyone make the windshield chrome or is it best to find used? Does the chrome mount into the rubber like the rear window?

I have a D.Carpenter and LMC catalogue but don't see any 69 Chrome Grilles available (paintable available). Does anyone make these?
Also, does anyone make the windshield chrome or is it best to find used? Does the chrome mount into the rubber like the rear window?

Correct. You can buy the rubber with or without a channel for the chrome. The chrome gets put in the gasket first, before the glass is installed.Chasbod wrote:Does the chrome mount into the rubber like the rear window?
