Not sure if I like the new wheels. Opinions please

Post by RTG_RACING »

So what do you guys think about these wheels. I thought I wanted them but now that they are on the truck I am not sure if I like them. I want some 15x8 steel wheels but don't like any of the aftermarket companys that sell them. SO tell me what you think.

They look horrible, send them to me and I'll get rid of them for you :D

I like the wheels and they look great on your truck, but with flat black something less.....(flashy?) might look better.

They are an old selt of slots. The finish was in bad shape so I didn't have much choice but to polish them. But if you sen me some steel wheels I would be glad to send you these.

Where are you located in Indiana I have 4 or 5 or 6 old steel wheels arounnd here maybe we could do an exchange for those.

I would have to check the width of the original steels off my truck.
I also have 90's 5 spoke steels 4 of them, they are currently on my truck.

I am out a bit west of Indy. But they would need to be wide. 7.5 or 8 inch.

That's exactly what I was thinking! I think if the truck was lowered just a couple of inches in the rear it would look really good with these wheels

I would keep them. They are old school and it fits our trucks perfectly. However i really love torque thrust they are my favorite wheels and i would get them if i could afford them. But i would be happy with slots

I want a set of those but in 8 lug, lower the rear of the truck and they would look good. I saw a 4x4 bump on ebay with a lift, and these style wheels but 8 lug and it looked great!
