what gauge sheet metal?

What would be a good gauge sheet metal to use in fixing a few holes in my floor pans, and I also got a couple of small holes in the inner door? Floor pans aren't shot, just about a 6" x 2" spot on each side. Also, trying to low-buck it, especially on the floors.

for the small holes that are in the door if they are 1/2" or smaller just weld them and grind them flat.
