Body filler suggestions

Post by Fordfool »

Hey guys, I am thinking ahead about bodywork on my truck and was wondering what body filler you all suggested using. I mainly have a few smaller dings that will need smoothed, but do have 2 small bullet holes that will need attention :D The PO had left the safety off and laid the gun upright in the back seat, let the dog in and the dog commenced playing with the rifle and WHOOM twice. I guess the guy that was in the camper about $%^! himself. It went up through where the cargo light is and through the roof of the camper.

Anyhow, I am showing my ignorance here, but would JB weld/body fill work out ok for the holes or should I weld it/body fill it?

Thanks for the suggestions!!!

If the holes aren't too big, JB Weld should work fine.
Now, about that sh*t smell..........

Oh yeah, I guess laughing at it wasn't much help. I guess you could use JB weld. I have holes from camper mounts and such and plan to weld them closed. I've seen holes repaired with bondo and it doesn't always stay put.
