1967 Chromed Grille

Post by flyboy2610 »

I have a pretty nice 1967 chromed grille for sale. It isn't perfect, but it's pretty nice.

The chrome does have some scratching in it.

Also, there a about 4 small dents in it.

(Small dent in top bar below latch.)

Probably need to do some work on the passenger side headlight bezel, as well.
Image
Drivers side has a dent, too, but I didn't get a pic of that.

I also have all the bolts I removed when pulling this grille.

Asking $200.
I really would rather not ship this, as it's pretty bulky. If I have to ship it, it'll cost you $30 for a crating fee, as well as shipping. Much prefer local pickup, or will deliver for 50cents per mile, based on Google map mileage, up to 300 miles.

For the time being, I'd rather keep them with the grille. The lenses are available on the aftermarket, though.
Thanks for the comment!

OK, I already have pair of good lenses. I need working socket assembly for both sides.

The socket assemblies are the same from '67-'69. You might ask some of the folks parting out trucks if they have some.

For some reason (maybe the flash on my camera) the grille looks dark and tarnished in the pics. It's not. The chrome is nice and shiny.

Hey Flyboy, are you sure that your grill is not the polished aluminum grill, does a magnet stick to it?

Actually they went all the way up to M750 Busses... but of course those bigger ones wore painted steel...
