I am pretty happy so far. No work this weekend since its mothers day, but should be back at cleaning. Next up is the inner fender sand blasting.

Nice work, the core supports look good, interested to see how it will affect the front clip alignment.

Was going to do some blasting this weekend but now it looks like rain. I guess I can finish trimming the front axle U-Bolts and verify the steering arm has plenty of clearance. Maybe get another task completed.

I will have some metal to fix do to rust, but not bad at all. Just happy with the results after sandblasting.

Well zero hrs of work on the truck this last week, was really under the weather. This weekend I am hoping to go to Carlisle for the Ford show.

I am making every effort to get to Carlisle tomorrow. Today I am out of work early so I am going to try and blast the other inner fender.

I hope you can make it to Carlisle.
I've already spotted a few bumpsides, and quite a few parts.

Made to Carlisle on Saturday and it was great! I got a couple of small things and the wife and I looked at the new Bronco Raptor. She liked it and said maybe we can replace the 2016 F150 with one! As for work on the F250, still now forward progress. Sunday was yard work and then I was wiped out. I think I am going to try and do some stuff tonight.

So I finally broke down and went out last night at 7pm when it cooled down. The sand blasted work ok the big problem is keeping up with the air demand. I bought an attachment for the power washer so may have to try that out. No issues with overheating the part when using the power washer.

So I painted it to seal it prior to needed metal repair. The area under the battery needs to be fixed as can be seen in the picture.

That part took about 1hr and 40 minutes start to finish. Only about 1 hr of blasting. The finish is so worth it. Now I am really bummed that I didn't take the time and blast the frame.
