Best products for washing down the interior

I just bought a farm fresh ‘67 and the interior is filthy, I’ve already pulled the vinyl and horse hair liner and the seats and the gas tank, I was looking for the best advice of what to use to scrub the interior. Thanks in advance!

Use a shop vac to suck all the dry stuff up. Then a bucket of hot water, Tide and a toilet scrub brush. It's kind of ugly but works out.

Simple Green and Windex work great also.

Simple green has chemicals to prevent further mold/mildew growth (which is usually an issue for our "put out to pasture" trucks).
Or any other cleanser with bleach, (after color testing to make sure it won't harm the paint).
If the dash is intact I'd say to never use Armor All on it as it was found by a bunch of folks to actually promote cracking, (rather than keep it pliable like Meguiar's products or another brand/product would).
