Tonneau for a Bump

Post by idahiboy »

Hi I want a basic roll up Tonneau for my bump... Many of the companies don't go back to 1968. I didn't like the one LMC sells with the bars.

I can't imagine the boxes are that different....

? Anyone know what other long box model Tonneau for other years but fit a bump?

? Were the box dimensions for a 1977 different than the '68-72?

Thanks for any insight!

DuckRyder thank you very much!
So are the bump and dent width dimensions the same? Or at least "close enough" that most covers for a dent will fit a bump?

How satisfied have you been with the Extang?

I’m satisfied with the Extang, though as I said on my thread I would probably go with the hinged version if I had it to do over again. Rolling it up isn’t really a one man job (not much could be done to change that) and being able to raise it would be more convenient.

As to dent bed dimensions, I can’t make any guarantees generally but this cover fits by sliding it slightly further forward than it looks like it should be, it also isn’t completely sealed around the stake pockets which you lose use of - of course...
