M/C pushrod length differences?

Post by Redcap »

A friend robbed a power master cylinder for me today at the junkyard, but since he is a IH guy...he has no clue out of what year truck. What are the differences in pushrod length? I was thinking about slamming this sucker into my truck today...

The only '67-'79 MC that will cause any problems is the '67 version. It's got a longer pushrod due do a difference in the clutch/brake pedal bracket (the pivot point is farther back). Anything else will work just fine.

Read this thread for more info on that:

Thanks Keith!

Good thing I have part of a '68 truck left around!
