Welcome from just an hour or so south (Boutte) - daughter up in SELU now -sorry just catching this now. If you have a 240/300 - 3-speed in your '72 and ever have a problem with it, I've probably had it too (several times) in the last 30 years and/or my 'pawpaw' back further to 1969. I'll try and check the site more often (when I'm not fixing my '69).
