Signal lights work with key off.

1967 F 100, signal lights work with key off. I replaced ignition switch but no change. Any one have this problem?

My '67 did it too I learned to live with it. I don't know if it was a thing in the big trucks and ours got wired with the wrong harness ??
I'm sure it could be remedied fairly easy , if you wanted to.

Looking at the wiring diagram for your truck, it looks like an always on fuse is wired to the turn signal flasher and the brake lights. So they are always live. It should be fairly simple to remove the hot connector from the turn signal flasher and run a new one to a switched power connection. This would make the brake lights always work when pressed but the turn signals only work when the ign switch is on.
