Help with connector / wiring diagram

Any one know where this is fused and powered from? I cannot find it on the wiring diagram but it was switched power, its no longer providing switched power so it must be broken or fused somewhere besides the fuse box.

TIA for any help.

There is one, it appears to go to the regulator via the alternator harness. I'll try to test it in the next few days...

Looks like a capacitor whose purpose is to take RF to ground filtering out noise and smoothing out current. Capacitors are often seen on alternators and in distributors. Where is it connected?

It's just an empty socket, it was at one point taped to the harness. The fuse link is fine too.

Did the truck have AC at one time? Electrical diagrams show a green wire with a thermostatic switch - wire 348
